Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, we will gladly accept it for return within 30 days from the purchase. The following conditions apply to our returns:
Any product returned unopened and in condition that permits resale will be refunded in full in the same way that you paid for the product less shipping. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for processing once we have received the returned product. We will notify you by email when we have processed the refund.
If you are returning a product, we ask that you notify us in writing by email: [email protected] or by calling: 1 -855-322-0500, Once we are alerted that you are returning a product to us, we will issue you a case number that we ask you to include on the return package. Please also include the following in the return package:
- A copy of the original invoice sent to you
- A brief explanation of why you are returning the product
- The return package must be received within thirty (30) days of purchase in order for us to process your request

To reduce chances of this type of damage, consider utilizing our expedited shipping option and making sure that delivery is not left outside for long periods of time.
